Gaia found she was getting grumpy with co-workers, stressing too much and having difficulty concentrating. So what was going on?

Before 30 PLUS NuWoman I would feel quite irrational, very impatient, I would respond to things in a way that I normally wouldn’t.

I walked into a Health Food Shop in Hamilton and I asked someone at the counter.
